How long will my kitchen be out of use?

For a complete kitchen remodel your kitchen maybe unusable for about one to two weeks. Expect to eat at restaurants frequently, or set up alternative cooking arrangements within the home.

How long will the whole kitchen remodeling process take?

Assuming there is no major problems with water,electricity and other services then 8 - 12 weeks from when you order the kitchen is fairly normal.

Any general advice when choosing a new kitchen?

The key thing you should look at is how long you expect to stay on the house. If you are likely to move in the next few years, we suggest you buy a more current, 'popular' design which is likely to appeal to the majority of potential buyers for your property.

You should also consider where your house is located, and the size of the house. If you have a large rural home, including a double oven and fridge may be a good idea.

What kind of returns can I expect form my kitchen redesign if I sell my home?

Depending on where you live and the market at the time, many home renovation projects do not return 100% of their value, it is an approximate return of 90 % - 94 %.

Can you give me a general overview on the installation of a new kitchen?

Every kitchen installation is different, but generally the basic kitchen installation process includes these steps:

Your old kitchen is removed and discarded.
Any plumbing that is required, is installed and left turned off.
New electrical, if required, is installed.
The walls are repaired and prepped for paint.
If a completely new floor surface is required, this is done next.
The kitchen cabinets are installed.
The bench top is measured.
The trim for the cabinets is installed.
The bench top is cut to size, and installed.
The plumbing is connected and the kitchen is functional.
If only a partial kitchen floor is required, it is done last.

At what point do I need to select appliances?

The short answer is as soon as possible. It is very important that you select your appliances before designing or at least early in the designing process. Designers need the exact  measurements necessary to see that everything fits as it should in your kitchen.

From accepting a quote, how long until I can expect my kitchen?

We have a turn around of 10 - 12 weeks  on most kitchens from final measure and deposit paid, we do stock some kitchen styles at our warehouse and can have these out sooner.

Are you able to include double ovens into the design of your kitchen?

Yes we are, out kitchens are custom made and 100% unique, we do have the cabinetry to incorporate double ovens into our design.

Do you supply the appliances for my new kitchen?

We can assist in the purchase of appliances if required and have a selection of them avaliable; this can be discussed in more depth with the design consultant.

Are your cabinets suited for other rooms in the home?

Our cabinets are suited for any room in the home, we are able to accommodate for bathrooms, laundry's and even lounge room settings.

I have an odd shaped kitchen, will you be able to provide a kitchen to suit?

Each one of our kitchen designs is unique and based on the shape and requirements of the kitchen. We are able to work with all sizes and designs.

I have a need for a 575 mm pantry, are you able to provide me with this unique size?

Yes we can. our cabinets are custom made and we are able to suit any size and shape, no matter the uniqueness.
